The Quezon City Academy gives premium to both academic excellence and HRCCD-CECA leadership. In line with this, the Academy offers scholarship packages and recompensations to deserving students.

 
 
 
  ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS  
  1. Alvendia Scholarship Awards
First year enrollees whose general average grade in their graduating class in the elementary school is 85% or above, can take the Justice Carmelino Alvendia Scholarship Awards (JCASA) test. The JCASA grants full and partial scholarships to passing examinees. The date/s for the full tests are announced in the ECHO, the QCA school organ, and to all classes for the students to spread around. It is also announced to the principals of schools in the QCA areas of concern.

2. Valedictorians and Salutatorians
Valedictorians (First Honors) or Salutatorians (Second Honors) of their elementary school graduating class are given full (100%) and half (50%) tuition scholarships, respectively.

3. QCA Honor Students
First to Third Year Class honor students re-enrolling in the higher class are given tuition scholarships as follows:
First Honor 100%
Second Honor 50%
Third Honor 25%

4. Private Scholarships
Private persons, in or out of the QCA, offer scholarships to deserving students, like the Ponayo-Inoturan Scholarship for a poor but deserving student

 
     
 
 
     
  Student Government Political and Cultural Recompensation System
1. The QCA Banda Lira is a contribution of the Academy to the enrichment of Philippine cultural heritage. Thus, the following members are given recompensation for outstanding service:

 
 
a. Student Director-Conductor
(He or she shall have been a member of good standing for three (3) years in the band and has shown capability in teaching beginners.)
b. Band Members, Instrumentalists, Majorettes ( 25 members)

Note: The recompensation, however, will not be given to the band director, conductor, and members until the end of the school year, during Recognition Day rites, and after showing satisfactory dedication to the band, as:
(1.) Not having committed more than two (2) absences from training sessions and/ or performances.
(2.) Performance below par or short of expectations.
 
  The Recompensation Law was passed by both houses of Congress in March 1996. Recompensation will be drawn from the SG's cultural development project.  
  Other Recompensations
If the following officers are over and above the minimum expectations of their job responsibilities, they will receive certificates of recognition and recompensation form the Student Government, as listed below:

 
 
1. President, Vice President, Senate President, Chief Justice, Echo Editor, GA Editor, Chief Peace Officer.

2. Peace Officers shall be given stipends of ten Pesos while serving for the "other session" than his, based on availability of funds.
 
  Officials selected as outstanding in their category ( best Cabinet secretary, Commission Chair or Director, Senator or Representative) will be recompensed while the best Mayor, Governor, and other section and class officers meeting the standard will be recognized and recompensed each during Recognition Day.
